ALTENBURGER SPIELKARTENFABRIK, more recently known as SPIELKARTENFABRIK ALTENBURG, is now part of the CARTA MUNDI (of Belgium) empire. The stock range has been rationalised to such an extent that only the NEW ALTENBURG pattern remains in print. All other patterns formerly produced by A.S. or S.A. will disappear as the stock sells out.
